The intelligent piston type tracking filling and tracking capping is our company's latest generation optimized and improved piston type filling and capping integrated machine, which automatically completes a series of operations such as conveying, bottle counting, positioning, filling and filling, and bottle discharge. Suitable for filling water, emulsion, and high viscosity materials. The whole machine adopts a linear arrangement structure, and the filling principle is based on piston cylinder metering, achieving high-precision filling measurement. The product completes the capping action during movement, which is different from conventional capping machines that require a pause during capping, as it can cause the material to shake out of the bottle mouth and contaminate the bottle body. The machine does not stop when capping, effectively avoiding shaking and keeping the bottle clean. This machine adopts programmable PLC control and a touch based human-machine interface, making the operation of the whole machine simple and intuitive. Dose and action adjustments are more convenient and efficient. Arc shaped outer frame, easy to clean and maintain.

2.2,Filling part

(1).Filling use screw feeding the bottle, no bottle fall down, no filling head touch the mouth of the bottle

(1).Capping won’t hurt the bottle, no stop, no splash, won’t dirty the bottle mouth, bottle and conveyor.

(2).Changing the specifications only requires changing the capping head of different specifications, and mechanical adjustment can be completed through hand cranked screw and scale without the need for tools.

cap sorter:

1. The cap sorter adopts the principle of centrifugal motion to make the cap inside the cap hopper enter the track and undergo positive and negative cap treatment. Through photoelectric detection and compressed air blowing, the negative cap falls back into the cap hopper, and the positive cap enters the cap falling groove. Its speed can be variable frequency and speed controlled.

• Cap falling groove: The cap falling groove is used to transport the orderly arranged caps to the scraping head. The upper end is connected to the cap outlet of the cap sorter, so that the cap sorted out from the cap sorter can smoothly enter the cap chute without any drowsiness or jamming.
• Short (full) cap alarm: When the photoelectric detection of the cap conveying track detects that the cap is missing, this alarm is triggered and the machine stops. When the conveyor track is fully covered, this alarm will automatically disappear. When the photoelectric detection of the lid conveyor track detects that the lid conveyor track is full, the lid adjuster is controlled by a signal to stop working until the next pneumatic operation receives a missing lid signal.
