This machine is suitable for medium and big-sized pre-made bag packing, for filling both powder and liquid, small and simple structure, save space.


This filling part is linear type filling, there's two filling nozzle, one filling nozzle is rough filling, the second filling is fine filling, there's weighing scale under filling station to guarantee high filling accuracy.


After filling, there's two sealing plate to seal the bag, one is hot sealing plate to seal the bag firmly, the second is cold sealing plate to make the sealing edge more beautiful


This is the bag feeding part, the people need to put the new empty bags into feeding part manually, usually it can house 200-300pcs of bags


This is the bag outlet conveyor, after filling and sealing, the bag will come out by this conveyor to enter into the next packing station


This is the electric box which is dust proof and water proof, clear cable wire line and beautiful cable route


Here's the different material feeding device, dust collector and other auxiliary machines, can meet different requirements of customers

Here's the different material filling hopper and filling tank, if the filling material is powder, then machine will use screw hopper, if the filling material is liquid, then machine will use filling tank, if the filling material is granule or other bulk solid, the machine will use weighing head

The machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
